We understand how exciting it is to begin a new home improvement project, and the Architectural Committee is here to help guide you through the process. All homeowner-submitted projects are reviewed to ensure they align with the established architectural standards and aesthetic integrity of Tustin Meadows.

If you have received a notice, please know it is simply intended as a friendly reminder of a condition that may have been overlooked or that you may not have been aware of. We are here to assist you in resolving it. The first step is to complete and submit an Architectural Application outlining your plan to bring the item into compliance.

Once you have selected your desired color scheme, please complete the Architectural Application referenced above for review and approval.

Online Submissions

To submit your project online, please gather the following materials in advance:

Color photos or plans of the proposed project
Product brochures, if applicable
Selected paint colors and specifications
Any additional supporting documentation
