Reminders ahead of the Holiday Weekend
As we prepare to celebrate Independence Day, we wanted to share a few community reminders.
Holiday Office Hours:
Please note that The Management Trust offices will be closed on Friday, July 3rd, in observance of Independence Day. Regular business hours will resume on the next business day.
If you experience a common area maintenance issue while the office is closed, please contact the Association’s after-hours line at 714.285.2626 and press 2 to speak with a representative. If you experience a life-threatening emergency or need police, fire, or medical assistance, please contact the appropriate emergency authorities.
Fireworks Reminder:
The City of Tustin prohibits all personal fireworks, including those marketed as “Safe and Sane.” The use, possession, sale, or discharge of fireworks within the city is prohibited and may result in fines or other enforcement action.
Illegal fireworks pose a significant fire risk, especially during the dry summer months, and can disturb neighbors, pets, and local wildlife. Residents are encouraged to celebrate safely by attending one of the many professional fireworks displays being held throughout the area instead of using fireworks at home.
For additional information on fireworks safety, please visit the Orange County Fire Authority’s Fireworks Safety page:

If you observe illegal fireworks or an emergency, please contact the appropriate local authorities. Always call 9-1-1 if there is an immediate threat to life or property.
Thank you for your cooperation in helping keep your community safe. We wish you and your family a happy, safe, and enjoyable Independence Day!
