Happy New Year!

I hope you are excited for the new year and hopefully it will be beter thatn the last. It is a great time to put away the holiday decorations and get rid of any extra clutter or perhaps those decorations that you are no longer using. We will be doing some virtual events this year to creat some fun for the Community.

You will receive the Newsletter on Saturday and please see the additions that we have made. Claasified ads and local  businesses that are here to help. We would like to provide you with information and help some businesses in the process of creating a way to help pay for the newsletter each month. We want to keep the assessments as low as possible.

Please contact us if you have an idea for an article or a great company that would like to place an ad.

Happy Holidays Tustin Meadows Residents

Hope you are enjoying the banners and garland that we were able to provide. We unfortunately could not add garland on the Oxford entrance at this time due to the current repairs being done. Management is working with the owner to get this repair done as soon as possible.

The January 12, 2021 meeting will be held via zoom conferencing. We are planning to continue the improvements with  landscaping , monument lighting, and stack stone added to the entrances.

Happy Thanksgiving

What are you Thankful for?

This year has been challenging in many ways for the Community and the world we live in. Being thankful can bring some perspective to the positive and what we do have.  As your General Manager I wanted to do just that and move forward with bringing up the property values and beautifying your community.

During this year I’m thankful for the dedication of the Board to move forward with many projects including approving the exterior repair and painting of the block walls. This is just the beginning of the upgrades for the Community. We will be adding stack stone and lighting to the entrances.  I will be soliciting proposals during the holidays for landscaping to be installed on Redhill and Walnut.

Hope you have a great Holiday and allow yourself to think about all of the things that you are thankful for.  I definitely am thankful to all of you who support and show your gratitude to me throughout the year. I really do enjoy working with all of you to make your community a better place to live.

Tustin Meadows Community Association Updates

Hello Tustin Meadows Residents,

The annual election was a success and we have a great set of Board members dedicated to moving forward with some major projects in the community.

At the October 13 meeting the Board has approved to heat both pools through the end of the year.

The Board also approved to have the exterior wall repaired and painted. We do have additional plans to enhance the exterior of the Community that will be coming in a few months.

Unfortunately the East pool has a leak at the meter and we had to shut it down today. The plumber will have to open the concrete to get to the leak and it should be a quick fix once it is open. Requested to have this done immediately to be able to open the pool by tomorrow.

Events Mathew Thomas will be giving out pumpkins by the West Clubhouse this Saturday October 17 between the hours of 1-3 p.m. This is not a Tustin Meadows event.

Please remember to send in pictures of your decorated pumpkin to me for the November newsletter by October 26.

Jennifer Matsumoto will be hosting the annual garage sale on Saturday November 7 between the hours of 8-12 p.m. This is not a Tustin Meadows event.

Dumpster days will be held on November 14-15 between the hours of 8-4 p.m. This is a Tustin Meadows event and we will need volunteers. Please contact Adrian Henson at 949-306-3791 or eventsdirector@tustinmeadows.com.

The City of Tustin will be having a neighborhood watch meeting on November 11 at 6 p.m. P contact Zhanna at 714-573.-3396 or zismailova@tustinca.org to register.

4th of July Parade and BBQ Highlights

The 4th of July celebration was a great success. Everyone who attended had a great time. A special thank you to Adrian Henson for planning the event and picking up all of the food and drinks. Adrian also coordinated to have the characters and marching drum line in attendance. The volunteers that came were so appreciated for their efforts throughput the event. Clubhouse Rentals

Clubhouse Reservations are not available at this time. We are continuing to wait until the O.C Health Department allows for venues to open. This will be in Phase 4.

We will advise once the clubhouse reservations resume through email blasts, this website and the newsletter.

Clubhouse Rentals will only be allowed for owners and renters that have a written letter from the owner and are on file with Action.  If a tenant would like to rent the clubhouse they will need to have the owner submit an application to Action Property Management. They will also need to be added to the account as a tenant.
