Architectural Committee Meeting Date Change

 

The Architectural Committee meeting date has been changed to the 3rd Wednesday of each month.  The next meeting will be held on November 21st at 7:pm at the West Clubhouse.


Dumpster Days - Volunteers Needed

 

Dumpster Days will be held on October 28th and 29th. The Events Director is looking for volunteers for shifts between 8am to 6pm on both days. Each shift is for 2 hours starting on the even hours. We need at least 60 people to volunteer for this event for it to be successful.

If you are interested in volunteering please contact Management at 949-450-0202 or via email at eventsdirector@tustinmeadows.com to let us know what day you would like to assist and any preferred times. The Events Director will get back each resident.

2018 Election Results

 

On September 25, 2018 the Annual Meeting and Election was held.  Rob Quinn and Gayle Page have stepped down from the Board.  Victor Alasti, Adrian Henson and Neil Sherman were elected for a 2-year term to the Board of Directors.

The new Board of Directors will choose positions at the next Board meeting on October 9th, 7:00pm at the West Clubhouse.

 


October Dumpster Days

Dumpster Days is a twice-yearly event held in May and October that is sponsored by the Association. At Dumpster Days Tustin Meadows residents can dump green waste, wood, metal and trash. This is a great way to rid your house & yard of unwanted items and help keep our neighborhood vibrant and clean. The dumpsters are lined up along Sycamore at Canterbury (across from the East Clubhouse).

The next Dumpster Day event is scheduled for OCTOBER 27 & 28, 2018 8 AM – 6 PM

The Bi-annual Garage Sale will be held on October 13, 2018 and will be hosted by Diane Montgomery & Stephanie Ramirez from Tarbell Realtors, 949-830-6030.


Painting Projects

Are you thinking of repainting your home?  The current approved color schemes are on the Sherwin Williams website that was set up for Tustin Meadows.  You can access that website from the below link:

Homeowners will need to fill out an Architectural (ARC) application and submit that for approval before starting any work.  You may obtain a copy of the application by calling Action Property Management at (949) 450-0202.  The application is also on this website….  Click “About” on the green header bar at the top of the page and from the drop down menu, choose ARC Review.

Street Light Poles in Tustin Meadows

Management has just been informed that SoCal Edison no longer maintains the street lights in the community.  If you notice a street light is burned out, flickering or stays on during the day time, you will need to contact the City of Tustin.  Contact the Public Works department at (714) 573-3350 and let them know what is wrong with the light pole, address and cross street to help them locate the area.


July 2018 Assessments

Your bi-annual assessment was due July 1, 2018.  You have until September 1st to pay your balance or late fees or 10% will be assessed.

You can pay your assessment online by accessing your VIVO account.  If you prefer to pay with a check, you may pay the assessments directly from your bank.  Below is the Vendor information you will need to set that up.  You may also mail your check to this address as well.  **Be sure to include your 12-digit account number on your check.**

Lost your pool key? Call Action!

If you have lost your pool key, please call Action at 949-450-0202 or email Cecilia de Heras cdeheras@actionlife.com.  A few keys were recently found and have brought back to our office in Irvine.


City Water Restrictions

Effective April 1, 2018, the City of Tustin will allow additional watering days – up to 4 days per week.  Watering is only permitted between 6:00 P.M. and 6:00 A.M. and 5 to 15 minutes per station depending on your type of irrigation system.  For more details, please see the City of Tustin website: http://www.tustinca.org/depts/pw/water/drought.asp

April 1 – October 31 – Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturdays

Spring Cleaning

 

If you are planning on renting a dumpster or a POD to help cleaning out your home/garage, please remember to submit an architectural application and obtain approval before renting the dumpster/POD.  Applications are available on the VIVOPortal or you can email the Manager Assistant team at maoc@actionlife.com and ask them to send you a copy.
