Please be aware that the July 4th Parade will go around the circle in Tustin Meadows. Therefore the entrances (Oxford and Sycamore) will close at 10:00 a.m. and reopen when the parade ends, about 12:15 p.m. The parade starts at 11 p.m. so cars should be off the street before 11 a.m.

Pizza Night – Friday, June 29 from 6 to 8 p.m.
Pancake Breakfast – Sunday, July 1 from 8 to 11 a.m.
Red Cross Blood Drive – Monday, July 2 from 2 to 8 p.m. at the West Clubhouse
Ice Cream Social – Monday, July 2 from 6 to 8 p.m.
5KRun/walk/skate – Weds, July 4 at 7:30 a.m., registration starts at 6:45 a.m., Centennial Park
Parade – Weds, July 4 at 11 a.m.
Carnival – Weds, July 4 from noon to 3 p.m., Centennial Park
Both clubhouses will have the parking lots slurry sealed on Friday, June 8th. The parking lots will be closed for parking during this time and the clubhouses will not be available to rent on the 8th. Assuming the weather is warm, the slurry should dry in time for the weekend rentals. This project should not effect homeowners or street parking in the area. The next 50th Anniversary Committee meeting will be held on Wednesday July 26th at the East Clubhouse at 7:00 P.M. Effective April 1, 2018, the City of Tustin will allow additional watering days – up to 4 days per week. Watering is only permitted between 6:00 P.M. and 6:00 A.M. and 5 to 15 minutes per station depending on your type of irrigation system. Beginning in April 2018, the monthly Architectural Committee Meetings will be held at the West Clubhouse at 7:00pm.
The City of Tustin is responsible for all streetlights. If a streetlight is burned out, flickering or stays on during the day time, please submit a service request to Southern California Edison at www.sce.com/wps/portal/home/outage-center. If possible, make note of the specific location and pole number when notifying SCE to help expedite the repair.

If you are planning on renting a dumpster or a POD to help cleaning out your home/garage, please remember to submit an architectural application and obtain approval before renting the dumpster/POD. Applications are available on the VIVOPortal or you can email the Manager Assistant team at email@example.com and ask them to send you a copy.
Don’t forget that your bi-annual assessment is due January 1, 2018. You can pay your assessment online by accessing your VIVO account. If you prefer to pay with a check, you may pay the assessments directly from your bank. Here is the Vendor information you will need to set that up. You may also mail your check to this address as well. **Be sure to include your 12-digit account number on your check.**
