Have you sent in your Annual Election ballot yet?

The 2018 Annual Election will be held next Tuesday, September 25, 2018 at 7:00 pm.  If you have not voted yet, there is still time! Ballots may be mailed in or hand carried to the meeting and given to the Inspector of Elections.  Registration opens at 6:45pm.

If you did not get a ballot or lost your copy, please contact Sari Welch at (949) 450-0202 or via email swelch@actionlife.com and a ballot will be sent to you.  Extra copies of ballots will also be available at the election meeting Tuesday night.

2018 Annual Meeting and Election

The Annual Meeting and Election of the Tustin Meadows Board of Directors is scheduled for Tuesday, September 25, 2018.  The meeting will be held at the West Clubhouse and polls open at 6:45pm.  Ballots may be mailed in or hand carried to the meeting.

This year, there are three (3) seats up for election and there are three (3) candidates running – Adrian Henson, Neil Sherman and Victor Alasti (incumbent).  Based on this information, the Board decided not to hold a Meet the Candidates night this year.

Please vote as soon as you receive your ballot mailer in the mail.  In order to obtain quorum for the election, 234 ballots need to be received and counted at the 9/25 meeting.  If we do not achieve quorum at that meeting, the election will be adjourned until October 9, 2018 and another ballot mailer will need to be sent out.

Please send in your ballot so we can met – or beat! – the quorum requirements.
