Concert Series Starting July 24

What a month it has been already for Tustin Meadows residents. The 4th of July events were so much fun and well attended. All of the pictures and videos are here for you to enjoy. If you were not able to attend you will be able to see the parade on video.

Starting July 24 we will kick off the concert series with a barbeque at the East clubhouse. Come join the fun at the park listening to some great bands and food. Please bring a chair or blanket as this will be in the park next to the East pool.

Clubhouse Reservations

We are happy to advise that the clubhouse reservations will open June 16. You can email your request to with the subject line “TMCA Clubhouse Reservation” and the date you wish to reserve. Please provide the reservation date in the body of the email. The dates that are available are July 10 – December 31. All reservations will be visible from the calendar on this website.

Once a date is established you will need to completely fill in the form that is provided and return it with a check for the fee of $200.00 and another check for $300.00 for the deposit.

Please remember the rules of the clubhouse and review them prior to signing the application.

Dumpster Days This Saturday May 29-30 at The East Clubhouse.

Make sure to bring your ID as we will not allow you to drop off items without the proof of residency. We will also have a shredder and the E-Waste available on Saturday between the hours of 9:00 a.m. -12:00 p.m.

Clubs are always a fun way to meet neighbors and people that share your interest. Please contact Cecilia de Heras if you would like to start a club or you could just join the stroller club.

May Events and Projects

Lots of things going on at the Meadows in May. If you would like to be notified immediately when things happen please sign into the resident portal linked to this website and add your email address. We try not to send too many and so you could possibly receive one a month.

Community Wide Garage Sale will be on Saturday May 22 at 8:00 a.m. and will be sponsored by Jennifer Matsumoto.

Dumpster Days will be on Saturday and Sunday May 29-30 at 8:00 a.m. Please do not bring large furniture, oil, or large appliances. WE NEED VOLUNTEERS.  For check in and also to help guide residents where to go and what to do.  This will be a social distanced event. All volunteers will need to  wear masks along with residents dropping off. No mask no service.

Shredding Saturday May 29 at 9:00 – 12:00 This will be located at the East clubhouse. This event has been provided by Realtor Christl Orr.

E-Waste Saturday May 29 at 9:00 – 12:00. This will be located at the East clubhouse. This is a free service for the community.

O.C. Rescue Mission drop off for food and clothing. Saturday and Sunday May 29-30 9:00-4:00. This will be located at the East clubhouse garage area. All donations will be delivered on Monday May 31.

Redhill and Walnut projects are underway with the repair and paint starting on Thursday April 29.  This is for the exterior walls. We will also be removing the ivy on Walnut to prepare for the new landscaping. Lighting has been approved and has been ordered for the Sycamore monument planter. It will highlight the Tustin Meadows sign. We also have a new light fixture being made to replace the glass ball lighting.

Tustin Meadows Spring Cleaning!

On Saturday May 22, 2021 we will have the Community Wide Garage Sale. This will allow you to get rid of some items and make some cash. The following weekend May 29 and 30th will be Dumpster Days. The Association will have (10) ten 40 yard dumpsters from CR&R for you to get rid of the following items.

Wood, metal, landscape, trash. We will NOT allow large furniture, mattresses, and large appliances. These items will fill the dumpsters right away and can be picked up by CR&R by calling 877-728-0446.

We need volunteers! Please contact Director  Adrian Henson to pick a time slot to volunteer your time.

Construction crews are ready to get started on the beautification of the Community. Stone work will begin on Wednesday March 31, 2021.  Repair and painting will also begin in April.

New Year and New Things Happening at the Meadows!

We are excited to announce that we will be renovating the exterior of the community this year. Management has been working with the Board of Directors to add more value to the property with repairs, paint, lighting, and landscape.

We will continue to bring you events that are safe and fun for the whole family. The virtual Bingo was a huge success and one of the members asked to have it every month. Although it would be fun, it is not something that we can provide each month but certainly more often.

We are also continuing to work with owners to keep the community in tip top shape. If you receive a letter of non-compliance please contact me and I will help you with any questions you have. We do not want you to have to replace items that are costly. We would rather you catch up on maintenance when it is an easy fix.

4th of July Parade and BBQ Highlights

The 4th of July celebration was a great success. Everyone who attended had a great time. A special thank you to Adrian Henson for planning the event and picking up all of the food and drinks. Adrian also coordinated to have the characters and marching drum line in attendance. The volunteers that came were so appreciated for their efforts throughput the event. Clubhouse Rentals open June 16, 2021

Clubhouse Reservations.

Please email to see which dates are available.

The fee for the clubhouse rental is $200.00 and you will also need to send a separate check for the deposit of $300.00. Checks are to be written out to Tustin Meadows.

Clubhouse Rentals will only be allowed for owners.  If a tenant would like to rent the clubhouse they will need to have the owner submit a letter of approval and sign the application. If the tenant is in good standing the General Manager can approve the rental. The tenant will be added to the account with all contact information.
