Clubhouse Reservations Information

Please check the calendar to see if your date is available.

Email the Action assistants to reserve your date at  maoc@actionlife.com.

Your reservation will be on hold for 5 days until the payment has been received.

Send the fee of $200.00 and deposit of $300.00 to Action Property Management Attention: Clubhouse Reservation 2603 Main Street suite 500 Irvine Ca 92614.

The fee for the clubhouse rental is $200.00 and a $300.00 deposit. Write checks payable to Tustin Meadows.

Clubhouse Rentals will only be allowed for owners.  If a tenant would like to rent the clubhouse they will need to have the owner submit a signed tenant form with approval for clubhouse rentals. The form is located on the resident portal. The owners account must be paid in full prior to the reservation being made.

Facility Information

East Clubhouse -14751 Canterbury Capacity

The clubhouse comes equipped with ten (10) 6 foot oblong banquet tables that can hold 6-8 people. Ten round tables that seat 6-8. Chairs are also provided that exceed the capacity of the facility.

West Clubhouse-14702 Devonshire capacity 120

The clubhouse comes equipped with ten (10) 6-foot banquet tables that can hold 6-8 people. Ten (10) round tables that seat 6-8. Chairs are also provided that exceed the capacity of the facility.
