Please log on to your VIVO Portal account to download a paint schedule form for submission, review the list of approved roofing materials, or read about the procedures for home improvement projects that need to be approved. Once you’re logged into VIVO, click on the Documents tab and open the Architectural folder.
If you have received an ARC violation notice and not sure about the next step to take or need further clarification please contact the ARC Director by mail at: arcdirector@tustinmeadows.com. We also encourage you to attend the ARC meeting which is held on the third Wednesday of each month at the West Clubhouse. The meeting time is 7:00 pm.
