Clubhouse Reservations Information
Please check the calendar to see if your date is available.
If the clubhouses are available, it will say “Available” on the chosen date. If there are no entries for the clubhouse on the chosen date, then the clubhouse is already reserved for another owner and you will need to choose another date for your reservation.
Email your completed Clubhouse Reservation Application to cs@managementtrust.com for review.
The fee for the clubhouse rental is $200.00, and a $300.00 deposit. Make checks payable to Tustin Meadows Community Association.

Your reservation, upon confirmation of receipt of the application, will be held for 5 days until payment is received.
Clubhouse Rentals will only be allowed for owners. If a tenant would like to rent the clubhouse, they will need the owner to submit a signed Tenant Form granting approval for clubhouse rentals. The owner’s account must be paid in full before the reservation is made.
Additions to Clubhouse Reservations
Alcohol – If you wish to serve alcohol at your event, please complete the Alcohol Policy Agreement and submit it with your completed Clubhouse Reservation Application.
Catered Event – If you wish to have your event catered, please submit proof of insurance from your caterer for the event. Please refer to the Email Community Care your completed Clubhouse Reservation Application to reserve your date at cs@managementtrust.com.

Use of AV Equipment (West Clubhouse Only) – If you would like to use the AV equipment in the West Clubhouse for your event, please submit the AV System Instructions and Agreement form with your completed Clubhouse Reservation Application. Use of the equipment requires an additional $50.00
non-refundable fee to the stated $200.00 non-refundable fee as noted above, for a total of $250.00, as well as an additional $200.00 deposit fee, for a total of $500.00 for the deposit.

East Clubhouse – 14751 Canterbury Capacity 79
The clubhouse comes equipped with ten (10) 6 foot oblong banquet tables that can hold 6-8 people. Ten round tables that seat 6-8. Chairs are also provided that exceed the capacity of the facility.
West Clubhouse – 14702 Devonshire Capacity 120
The clubhouse comes equipped with ten (10) 6-foot banquet tables that can hold 6-8 people. Ten (10) round tables that seat 6-8. Chairs are also provided that exceed the capacity of the facility.
