I hope you have a wonderful thanksgiving with friends and family. The Board and I have been working hard to bring you great events and continue to improve your community with several projects starting in the next few months.

The East Pool will be heated through January 11, 2022

West pool not heated and will be closed from January 3 through the 31. This will be due to the resurfacing project.

Landscape project on Redhill and Walnut will begin in December.

Please enjoy your holiday and join us for the Winter Social on December 4 at 6:00 p.m. at the West Clubhouse. Including dinner, games, live band, and special appearance by someone from the north pole. We will have a special area to take pictures.

Clubhouse Rentals open June 16, 2021

Clubhouse Reservations.

Please email maoc@actionlife.com to see which dates are available.

The fee for the clubhouse rental is $200.00 and you will also need to send a separate check for the deposit of $300.00. Checks are to be written out to Tustin Meadows.

Clubhouse Rentals will only be allowed for owners.  If a tenant would like to rent the clubhouse they will need to have the owner submit a letter of approval and sign the application. If the tenant is in good standing the General Manager can approve the rental. The tenant will be added to the account with all contact information.
